The IMD series magnetic drive pump eliminates the shaft seal and uses magnetic coupling to indirectly rotate, eliminating the dripping phenomenon. The isolation sleeve is made of special materials with high-strength mechanical properties, eliminating the magnetic eddy current phenomenon of magnetic pumps. Due to the medium being enclosed in a stationary isolation sleeve, the purpose of leak free pumping of media is achieved, solving the shaft seal leakage of mechanical transmission pumps. The key component of the magnetic transmission is composed of an outer magnetic rotor, an inner magnetic rotor, and a non-magnetic isolation sleeve. When the electric motor drives the outer magnetic rotor to rotate, the magnetic field can penetrate the air gap and non-magnetic substances, driving the inner magnetic rotor connected to the impeller to rotate synchronously, achieving non-contact transmission of power and transforming the dynamic seal into a static seal.
