Its nominal pressure is 1.6MPa-32MPa, and the working temperature is less than or equal to 600 degrees. The applicable media are water, oil, and steam. It should be noted that this product can only be used as a fully open or fully closed component. Guanhuan Valve specializes in producing gate valves, ball valves, globe valves, check valves, and other valves. Cannot be used as a throttle valve to regulate flow. Otherwise, it is highly likely to cause damage to the sealing surface due to high-temperature and high-pressure water erosion, leading to premature failure of the valve.

The flange high temperature and high pressure globe valve adopts a self tightening sealing structure in the valve chamber, which has good sealing performance. The two ends of the branch pipe are welded structures. The sealing surfaces of the valve disc and seat are made of Stellite cobalt based hard alloy by welding, which has good wear resistance, high temperature resistance, and abrasion resistance. The valve stem has undergone quenching and surface nitriding treatment. The depth of the valve cover packing box is reasonable, and the sealing with corrosion inhibitor is reliable. The valve has a reverse sealing structure to ensure that there is no leakage through the valve stem when the valve is opened and operated. Widely used in fields such as petroleum, chemical, natural gas, metallurgy, chemical fiber, papermaking, urban construction, etc.
