Technical parameters of double three side fully stainless steel air shower room:

Infrared automatic sensing air shower process:
1. The air shower room is equipped with an infrared sensing device at the entrance, with a sensing range of 1.2 meters. When a person approaches 1.2 meters, the infrared sensor automatically opens the door. When 2-3 people enter the air shower room, other employees waiting to be blown should stand at 1 Beyond a 2-meter area to prevent infrared detection of human presence and inability to close the door. Suggest drawing a "line for the area to be blown" outside the air shower area.
When someone passes by the door of the air shower room but does not actually enter the room, the door will automatically close when the person leaves. However, since the air shower room detects that there are no people inside, it will not blow air;
3. When a person enters the air shower room, it will automatically close within 5 seconds. When the door is closed, the fan will automatically start the air shower; At this time, all induction signals for entering and leaving the door are turned off, and the door will no longer be opened or closed. The factory set air shower time is 15 seconds, which can be set on the "control panel" at the entrance. (Note that when personnel enter the air shower area and the door automatically closes without blowing, please note that there is an infrared sensing probe in the air shower area, and personnel must stand on the infrared probe to detect it before starting the air shower.)
When the air shower time is up, the fan will automatically stop, the lights will turn off, and you will receive a signal that the air shower is complete when you go out. When you go out, it will automatically open. As the door machine needs time to receive signals and buffer, please do not forcefully push the handle with your hands.
5. When the door is opened and personnel leave, it will automatically close when leaving, and the next batch of personnel will receive air shower in a cycle;
6. This motor is equipped with two manual remote controls. If automatic is not used, manual remote controls can be used to control it. The factory set door closing buffer time is 5 seconds, which can be freely set. Please refer to the "Ani Automatic Door" manual for details.
7. Precautions: The motor for entering and exiting the door adopts an automatic induction form, and the door handle is designed to be used for opening and closing the door in special situations of power failure. Do not use strong pulling force to push the door, otherwise it may cause the motor to burn out and personnel to be damaged;
