This centrifugal filter integrates multiple new technologies, such as PLC or computer touch screen program control; Variable frequency drive, RF admittance level detection, can control multiple automatic feeding; Special feeding device, uniform and smooth feeding and washing; Customized damping and vibration reduction device, no need to pour foundation; It can achieve a sealed and explosion-proof lamp. It is a new generation centrifugal filter machine that meets the GMP certification for pharmaceutical production, and a one-stop solid-liquid separation equipment for users to update and upgrade. II Working principle and model description

1 working principle

LThe structure of GZ centrifuge mainly consists of drum components, spindle components, transmission device, scraper components, feeding device, machine base (including vibration reduction system), casing components, safety protection device, and electrical automatic control system.

The motor drives the drum to rotate around the main shaft axis through the transmission system, forming a centrifugal force field. The separated suspension enters the drum from the top feeding tube and falls onto the rotating fabric cone. Under the action of centrifugal force, it is thrown towards the drum wall. The liquid phase is thrown into the housing space through the filter screen and filter holes on the drum wall, collected in the chassis, and discharged through the drain pipe, while the solid phase remains on the inside of the filter cloth. If the material needs to be washed, the washing water is added to the washing tube for washing. After dehydration is completed, the drum is lowered to low speed operation, and then compressed air is connected. Under the action of the cylinder piston, the scraper first rotates and feeds, and then moves up and down to gradually increase the feeding speed for the next cycle.

1) The entire operation process adopts programmable logic controller (PLC) and touch screen computer program settings, which can be controlled by touch or automatic control. The feeding and dehydration speed can be set according to different materials, and by selecting suitable filtering media, it can handle mixed liquids of multiple varieties;

2) Pneumatic control, automatic discharge of scraper, no contact between operators and materials, meeting the requirements of medical and food cleanliness and hygiene;

3) It can be configured according to requirements and is suitable for sealed, explosion-proof, and safe handling of sensitive, toxic, harmful, flammable, and explosive materials.

The parts in contact with the material are made of stainless acid resistant steel material, which has good corrosion resistance. For materials containing chloride ions, other special materials such as titanium can be used.
