Overview
The fully automatic filter press, RBYL type belt filter press, is a water treatment equipment developed through digestion and absorption of advanced technology. Fully automatic filter press, The RBYL belt filter press is divided into three steps for filtration and dehydration functions:

1. Gravity dehydration zone

The sludge from the wastewater treatment plant is pumped into the sludge mixing tank and mixed with high molecular weight agglutinin. The small suspended particles in the sludge are bridged by the high molecular weight agglutinin to form larger gel like particles. Then, they overflow into the automatic distribution device of the dewatering machine through gravity flow from the upper end of the mixing tank, allowing the gel like sludge to be evenly distributed on the filter cloth in the gravity dewatering zone. The function of the gravity concentration and dewatering zone is to allow most of the free water outside the rubber feather sludge to be discharged through the mesh holes of the filter cloth by gravity, in order to increase the sludge concentration, stabilize the characteristics of the rubber feather sludge, and facilitate subsequent pressing and dewatering operations.

2. Pressure dehydration zone

After the sludge enters the pressure dewatering zone from the gravity dewatering zone, the upper and lower filter cloths gradually pressurize and squeeze the sludge for dewatering.

3. Pressure dehydration zone

The sludge moves into the pressurized dewatering zone with the filter cloth, and is arranged between six vertically arranged rollers in a configuration where the diameter of the rollers gradually decreases and the excitation gradually increases. With the change of the upper and lower filter cloth between different rollers, the shear force on the sludge is generated by the change of the upper and lower positions of the filter cloth. The capillary tubes in the rubber feather sludge are combined with water pressure to be squeezed out, and then shoveled

4、 Performance

The main dewatering roller adopts a perforated design, which not only increases the processing capacity, but also allows sludge to be dewatered on both sides simultaneously. The two sides of the filter belt can be quickly dewatered during the pressure filtration process, shortening the dewatering time. The arrangement of gradually decreasing pressure rollers and the change in contact angle of the filter belt ensure a better combination of pressure and shear force, thereby greatly improving the solid content and dewatering efficiency of the mud cake.

5、 Characteristics

Fully automatic filter pressThe tension of the filter belt is achieved through an inflatable cylinder, which maintains a constant tension throughout the entire filter belt. At the same time, it will not cause changes in the lifting force due to changes in the amount of feed, making it convenient for operation and management. The filter press has an air pressure control system that automatically detects the position of the filter belt on the pressure roller and automatically corrects the deviation. The wide filter press is also equipped with an automatic sludge feeding device to ensure that sludge enters the filter belt evenly, thereby improving filtration efficiency and extending the life of the filter belt.
