Fully automatic industrial prefabricated pump stationIt is a complete set of equipment pre designed, manufactured, assembled, and tested in a factory. It integrates water pumps, pipelines, valves, control systems, liquid level monitoring devices, etc. into one cylinder, and then transports them as a whole to the project site for installation.
Simply put, it is a "plug and play" solution for sewage and rainwater lifting, like a giant "pump house" buried underground.
Fully automatic industrial prefabricated pump stationComparison with traditional concrete pumping stations
feature |
Integrated prefabricated pump station |
Traditional concrete pump station |
|---|---|---|
construction period |
Short (several days to several weeks) |
Long (several months) |
floor area |
small |
big |
Integration/Quality |
High, factory standardized production, stable quality |
Low, on-site construction, quality is affected by various factors |
Leak resistance |
Excellent, seamless overall |
Poor, prone to leakage and pollution of groundwater |
adaptability |
Strong and flexible in design |
Weak, difficult to change after being finalized |
environmental impact |
Small, no dust or noise pollution |
Large, severe on-site pouring pollution |
Maintenance Management |
Convenient, intelligent monitoring, no need for underground maintenance |
Complex, often requiring personnel to go down the well, dangerous |
service life |
Long (about 50 years) |
Longer, but prone to corrosion and damage |
Key factors to consider in selection
1. Design flow rate (Q): The maximum amount of sewage or rainwater that needs to be increased (m ³/h).
2. Head (H): The total head loss that the water pump needs to overcome, including lifting height and pipeline friction loss (m).
3. Required number of water pumps: usually no less than 2, for maintenance and alternate use.
4. Cylinder diameter and depth: determined based on flow rate, pump size, and burial depth.
5. Control system requirements: whether remote monitoring, data uploading, backup power supply, etc. are required.
6. Inlet water quality: whether it contains a large amount of solid impurities, which determines whether to install a grille and the type of grille.
