This product is a specialized testing instrument designed and manufactured in accordance with the national standard "GB265-88 Determination of Kinematic Viscosity of Petroleum Products", suitable for measuring the kinematic viscosity of liquid petroleum products. This instrument has a timed sample movement time and automatically calculates the final result of motion viscosity. This method is suitable for determining the kinematic viscosity of liquid petroleum products (referring to Newtonian liquids), with the unit of m2/s, usually used in practice as mm2/s. The dynamic viscosity can be obtained by multiplying the measured kinematic viscosity by the density of the liquid. This method measures the time it takes for a certain volume of liquid to flow through a calibrated glass capillary viscometer (Pin's, Ubbelohde's) under gravity at a constant temperature. The product of the capillary constant of the viscometer and the flow time is the measured kinematic viscosity of the liquid at that temperature. The product of the kinematic viscosity at that temperature and the density of the liquid at the same temperature is the dynamic viscosity at that temperature.
