The cleaning process of the fully automatic and fully enclosed conduit automatic acid washing equipment is controlled by Mitsubishi PLC and industrial computer, and the equipment consists of 6 workstations; It consists of one ultrasonic alkali washing tank, one spray tank, one acid washing tank, one spray tank, one ultrasonic tank, one vacuum drying tank, and two sets of loading and unloading mechanisms; The cleaning process of this machine is fully automatic and easy to operate manually. The operator only needs to place the washing basket containing the workpiece at the loading mechanism station. The single arm robotic arm automatically sends the washing basket into each process section in sequence, and after ultrasonic alkali washing, spray rinsing, acid washing, spray cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning, vacuum drying and other treatments are carried out on the workpiece, the processed workpiece is automatically placed on the unloading mechanism and manually unloaded to complete the entire cleaning process.
