The spray fan of Huali Electromechanical adopts a hydraulic system to transmit power. The power source is taken from the main engine of the chassis through a sandwich power takeoff, and then the hydraulic oil is boosted by a hydraulic pump to convert the mechanical energy into pressure energy. Then, the pressure energy is transmitted to the hydraulic motors and hydraulic cylinders of each component of the spray through pressure resistant pipelines and some control valves to convert the pressure energy into mechanical energy, so as to drive the normal operation of the spray.

1、 The automatic reset function is added. When the spray stops using, it will automatically reset to the initial position, saving personnel for readjustment and facilitating transportation and placement.

2、 The automatic drain function is added. When the spray is not used for a long time, the drain solenoid valve will automatically open to drain the water in the water pump, so as to prevent the water pump from freezing in winter.

3、 Lightweight design of distribution cabinet; The external wiring adopts aviation plug connection, which is safe, firm, beautiful, generous, fashionable and novel.

4、 The supporting power is flexible, which can be supplied by either three-phase 380V mains power or diesel generator sets.

5、 It can be fixedly installed on a concrete pouring platform, or it can be equipped with a diesel generator set for power supply and installed on transportation vehicles; It can also be used together with a sprinkler truck.
