The German Furgut miniature air pump is an oil-free DC rotary vane pump that can also be used as a compressor. The rotating blades are made of special graphite and have a lifespan of up to 10000 hours (may vary depending on the application). The pump casing is made of high-grade steel 1.4305 (1.4301 steel can also be used if necessary).

The micro DC rotary vane pump is equipped with a powerful ironless precision servo motor, and the low-cost series is equipped with relatively inexpensive motors.

The FURGUT oil-free rotary vane pump has a two-stage structure consisting of a high-pressure stage and a low-pressure stage. Its suction port is connected to a vacuum container or vacuum equipment, and during operation, it sucks in and discharges a large amount of gas inside the container. When the equipment obtains vacuum, close the high-pressure stage exhaust valve plate, transport the gas sucked in by the high-pressure stage to the second stage, and then exhaust it through the second stage suction, so that the vacuum equipment can obtain a certain degree of vacuum. According to user usage, a vacuum booster pump can be equipped as a front-end pump. Due to the enhanced pumping capacity of the booster pump, the front stage pump continuously pumps air, which can enable the equipment to obtain a higher vacuum degree.
