Characteristics and Applications
The G-type vertical clear water pipeline shielded pump adopts a unique structure of fully enclosed and no mechanical seal. The stator and rotor are shielded and sealed with stainless steel sleeves, allowing the conveyed liquid to enter the motor for internal cooling. This solves the problems of medium leakage, environmental pollution, poor operational reliability, and difficult maintenance caused by the use of mechanical seals in ordinary pipeline electric pumps. The rotating part is supported by stone mill bearings and lubricated with conveying medium, which is a low-noise, green and environmentally friendly upgraded product. Due to its advantages of low noise, no leakage, reliable operation, and maintenance free, it has gained the trust of users. The G series shielded electric pump is mainly used for HVAC cold and hot water circulation, industrial and urban building water supply, fire pipeline pressurization, long-distance water delivery and other occasions.
working conditions
1. The flow range of this series is 1-1080m3/h, and the flow range of Yangcheng is 5-105m.
2. The pressure of the electric pump system is 1.0MPa (or 1.6MPa), which is the sum of the pump suction pressure and Yangcheng pressure. When the user requests a system pressure higher than 1.0MPa, it must be separately stated when ordering.
3. The conveying medium is clean water or a liquid with physical and chemical properties similar to water, with a medium temperature of 95 ° C (N and NY types) or 150 ° C (GY type). If the user chooses GY type, an external circulating cooling water system must be separately configured; When the temperature of the medium is below 20 ° C, it must be raised separately when ordering, and our company will take special process measures.

Installation Instructions
1. Before installation, check if the fasteners of the unit are loose and if there are any foreign objects blocking the flow inside the pump body to prevent damage to the impeller and pump body during pump operation.
2During installation, the weight of the pipeline should not be added to the water pump, and there should be separate supporting bodies to prevent pump deformation from affecting operational performance and service life.
3In order to prevent impurities from entering the pump and blocking the flow channel, a filter with a cross-sectional area 3-4 times larger than the suction pipe should be installed in front of the pump inlet.
4When a pump is used to transport hot water liquids, in order to prevent the pump from being subjected to thermal deformation of the pipeline, the pump may not be fixed with foot bolts. When the pipeline system expands and contracts due to heat, the pump and pipeline can move simultaneously.
5For the convenience of maintenance and safety of use, a regulating valve should be installed on the inlet and outlet pipelines of the pump, and a pressure gauge should be installed near the inlet and outlet of the pump to ensure normal operation and service life of the pump within the rated range.
