GBL type concentrated sulfuric acidpipeline pump┃Concentrated sulfuric acid pumpSpecial steel is widely used in 80-100% sulfuric acid, with temperatures reaching 60-80 ℃. Steel can form a protective layer of ferrous sulfate film on its surface in sulfuric acid at this concentration and temperature scale. Cast iron is not suitable for use with over 100% fuming sulfuric acid, possibly due to the reaction between sulfur trioxide and the silicon contained in iron, which makes the cast iron brittle. Carbon steel is not suitable for 100-102% fuming sulfuric acid, and is suitable for acids exceeding 102%, with a temperature limit of approximately 60 ℃. The corrosion of steel by dilute sulfuric acid is significant, and the corrosion rate reaches its highest value when the acid concentration is around 47%. When the acid concentration exceeds 65%, the corrosion rate of steel significantly decreases. However, in the concentration range of 65-80%, it is still best not to use steel, and it is safer to use lead or other acid resistant materials.

■ GBL type concentrated sulfuric acid pipeline pump - preparation before starting the concentrated sulfuric acid special pump:
1. Is the rotation of the experimental motor accurate? When entering the pump from the top of the motor, it should rotate clockwise. The experimental time should be short to avoid dry wear of the mechanical seal.
2. Open the exhaust valve to fill the entire pump body with liquid, and then close the exhaust valve when it is full.
3. Check if all parts are normal.
4. Manually rotate the pump to allow lubricant to enter the mechanical seal end face.
■ GBL type concentrated sulfuric acid pipeline pump - concentrated sulfuric acid dedicated pump start:
1. Fully open the inlet valve.
2. Close the valve of the discharge pipeline.
3. Start the motor and investigate if the pump is running accurately.
4. Adjust the opening of the outlet valve according to the required operating conditions. If the user is equipped with a flow meter or pressure gauge at the pump outlet, the outlet valve opening should be adjusted to operate the pump at the additional points listed in the parameter table. If the user is equipped with a flow meter or pressure gauge at the pump outlet, the outlet valve opening should be adjusted to measure the motor current of the pump, so that the motor can operate within the additional current. Otherwise, it will cause the pump to overload (i.e. current operation) and cause the motor to burn out. The opening size of the outlet valve that is precisely adjusted is related to the working conditions of the pipeline.
5. Check the leakage status of the shaft seal. Normally, the mechanical seal leakage should be less than 3 drops per minute.
■ GBL type concentrated sulfuric acid pipeline pump - Precautions for using concentrated sulfuric acid special pump:
1. Before installing the device, carefully check whether there are any hard objects in the flow channel of the pump body to avoid damaging the impeller and pump body during operation
2. Regulating valves should be installed on the inlet and outlet pipelines of the pump to control its operation under additional working conditions
3. Open the inlet valve to fill the entire pump chamber with liquid.
4. Connect the power supply, and when the pump reaches normal speed, gradually open the valve on the discharge pipeline and adjust it to the desired working condition.
5. Check if the temperature rise at the motor and bearing is ≤ 70 ℃, and promptly handle any abnormalities found.
6. Mechanical seals are prohibited from operating under dry grinding conditions.
