Having denitrification and phosphorus removal functions, and achieving the ability to treat domestic sewage by adjusting the structure of the equipment; The equipment can be installed on the ground or buried underground. When buried underground, the upper part can be used for greening, with a small footprint and few ground structures. 3、 Working principle

Domestic sewage belongs to low concentration organic wastewater, which contains nitrogen, phosphorus, oil pollution, impurities, etc. Good biodegradability and a comprehensive range of nutrients. The possibility of contamination by heavy metal ions is relatively low, and the pH value of neutral water is 6-9. The AO process can effectively remove organic matter from sewage, meeting the first level B of sewage discharge standards; the A2O process can simultaneously complete the removal of organic matter, denitrification, denitrification, excessive phosphorus removal, and other functions. The denitrification and contact oxidation tank are combined to complete the phosphorus removal function, and MBR membrane is used for disinfection and purification separation. The effluent can meet the first level A of sewage discharge standards.

4、 Technical Description

1. Barrier well: It is used to isolate suspended solids and impurities in wastewater to avoid affecting the later treatment of equipment.

2. Regulating pool: According to the characteristics of domestic water use, the time period of water discharge is uneven. The discharge period is basically set at morning, middle, and evening, with the three time periods being peak periods. The regulating pool can adjust the uneven drainage to ensure the normal operation of later treatment. A water level controller is installed in this regulating pool to effectively automate the control of equipment inlet water.

3. Anaerobic tank: The sewage is further mixed, and the efficient biological elastic packing material in the tank is fully utilized as a bacterial carrier. Aerobic microorganisms are used to convert insoluble organic matter in the sewage into soluble organic matter, hydrolyzing large molecular organic matter into small molecular organic matter, which is conducive to further oxidation and decomposition in the O-grade biological treatment tank. At the same time, the returned nitrate nitrogen can undergo partial nitrification and denitrification under the action of nitrifying bacteria, removing ammonia and nitrogen.

4. Hypoxia tank: It can use the nitrate brought in by the reflux mixture and the organic carbon source in the influent for denitrification, reducing NO2- and NO3- in the influent to N2 for denitrification, and then removing organic matter while degrading ammonia and nitrogen values.

5. Aerobic tank: It is the core part of sewage treatment, divided into two stages. In the first stage, under high organic load, a large number of microbial communities of different species attached to the packing participate in biochemical degradation and adsorption, removing various organic substances in the sewage and significantly reducing the organic content in the sewage. In the later stage, under low organic load conditions, the action of nitrifying bacteria degrades ammonia nitrogen in sewage under sufficient oxygen conditions, while also reducing the COD value in sewage to a lower level, thus purifying the sewage.

6. Sedimentation tank: It is used to allow the water in the aerobic tank to undergo secondary sedimentation, solid-liquid separation, and deep treatment of sewage, so as to truly purify the sewage. The settled water flows into the disinfection tank for standard discharge; The settled activated sludge is then pumped back to the anoxic tank for further treatment.

7. MBR flat membrane: The MBR flat membrane module is composed of multiple membrane elements arranged side by side, and the gap between the membranes can be adjusted to ensure good effluent quality, which is conducive to controlling aeration and cleaning. At the same time, the flat membrane structure makes it easier to clean the surface pollutants and attachments, so the anti pollution performance of the flat membrane module is more outstanding.

8. MBR hollow fiber membrane: The membrane bioreactor can maintain a high concentration of microorganisms in the system. Due to the membrane's interception effect, the biological concentration in the biological phase is very high, reaching over 10000mg/l. This not only improves the overall removal efficiency of the reaction device for pollutants and ensures good effluent quality, but also makes the entire device highly resistant to various changes in influent load (water quality and quantity), and can stably obtain high-quality effluent quality.

9. MBBR filler: By adding a certain amount of suspended carrier to the reactor, the biomass and species in the reactor are increased, thereby improving the processing efficiency of the reactor. Due to the density of the packing material being close to water, it is completely mixed with water during aeration, and the environment for microbial growth is a three-phase system of gas, liquid, and solid. The collision and shear effects of the carrier in water make the air bubbles smaller and increase the utilization rate of oxygen. In addition, each carrier has different biological species inside and outside, with some anaerobic or facultative bacteria growing inside and aerobic bacteria growing outside. This makes each carrier a microreactor, allowing nitrification and denitrification reactions to coexist, thereby improving treatment efficiency.
