GCG1000 Online Dust Concentration Monitoring System

1、 Product Overview

The GCG1000 online dust concentration monitoring system is designed based on the enterprise standards of MT/T 1102-2009 "Coal Mine Dust Concentration Sensor" and Q/320581FYK007-2012 "GCG1000 Dust Concentration Sensor", as well as the Exib I intrinsic safety standard in GB3836.4-2010. The product adopts absorption, digestion, and dust measurement technology to directly detect the mass concentration of floating dust in the air. It is displayed on site through a digital tube and converted into a frequency signal output for use in mine monitoring, metal factory workshops, flour workshops, sawdust workshops, plastic dust workshops, and other measurement and control systems. This product has the characteristics of fast and accurate measurement, high sensitivity, stable performance, preset K value, and direct display and output of dust mass concentration. It can be set with sound and light alarms, and an alarm will be issued when the dust concentration is too high.

2、 Scope of application

The GCG1000 online dust concentration sensor has complete coal mine intrinsic safety certificates and is widely used for continuous monitoring of total dust in the workplace in underground coal mines and work environments with flammable and explosive dust. It is also suitable for environmental monitoring in other public places.
