The GFX-II series floating oil absorption machine is a new generation of oil-water separation equipment that has been successfully developed with reference to foreign technology, featuring low investment, fast results, fuel saving, energy saving, and ideal performance. Scope of Application
This machine is suitable for absorbing various components of waste oil floating on the water surface, including engine oil, kerosene, diesel, lubricating oil, vegetable oil, and other liquids with a specific gravity lower than water. Regardless of the thickness of the oil layer on the water surface, it can be collected and recovered.
Professionally used in industries such as high-speed rail, subway, chemical, and food:
1. In the oil separation reservoir for oily wastewater.
2. In the circulating reservoir of various cooling fluids.
3. Pre treatment and regulation tank before deep purification of oily wastewater.
4. Collect floating oil in the air flotation separation tank.
5. In the separation of two liquids with different densities.
3、 Local features
Compared with other models of oil collectors, the main features of this machine are:
1. Added a secondary separation section on the ground to improve oil purity.
2. The oil collection part in water can be adjusted to the float according to the thickness of the oil layer, and the machine can recover regardless of the thickness of the oil layer on the water surface.
3. Adopting unique pumping and oil collection methods, it is basically not afraid of sticking oil and suspended solids blocking.
4. Explosion proof electrical appliances can be used for water and ground power settings according to user requirements to prevent the risk of explosion caused by electric sparks in flammable and explosive areas.

4、 Structure of floating oil absorption machine
1. Underwater section:
Start the oil collection motor, and the oil layer is separated from suspended solids by a mesh before flowing through the central pipe into the upper part of the oil collection cylinder. Water returns to the oil separation tank from the reflector.
2. Ground section:
Start the oil pump and suck the oil accumulated in the upper part of the oil collection cylinder into the secondary separation device on the ground through the hose and vacuum tank. The oil floats and sinks through the honeycomb inclined tube, and flows from the oil flow pipe into the oil collection bucket for recycling or further processing and reuse. Adjust the nut and clear water overflow groove to return to the oil separation tank.
