Imagine if there was an alternative solution to the validated GI internal fixture that could drill deep - this is the GIS internal fixture we reduced from GRIP.
The characteristic of this further development is the gripping area of mechanical processing, designed specifically for more demanding applications. Just like the validated GI internal fixture, the GIS internal fixture will also immerse itself in the hole and expand its outer diameter through the expansion of the silicone film when pressure is applied.
This intelligent design enables the fixture to adhere to the borehole wall through friction, thereby safely and accurately grasping objects. The improved clamping area of GIS internal fixtures allows for deep drilling, which is particularly advantageous for complex or heavy objects.
GIS internal fixture
The reduction of GIS internal fixtures is a further development of our GI internal fixtures, with optimized gripping areas. The internal fixture immerses itself into the hole and increases its outer diameter by expanding the silicone film when pressure is applied, thereby fixing the hole wall by friction. When the pressure is turned off, the silicone film automatically shrinks back into the fixture due to its elastic behavior.
