1. Inspection and preparation

Before installing this device, please check the following:

(1) Check if the equipment is damaged during transportation.

(2) First, check whether the equipment foundation dimensions are correct according to the equipment installation diagram and civil engineering diagram.

(3) Check whether the dimensions are consistent with the embedded parts diagram. After checking all the points, the equipment can be installed in place.

2. Equipment installation

(1) The installation of this equipment involves aligning the support on the rack with the embedded steel plate on the ground, and then welding the support steel plate and embedded part together. If there is a gap at the bottom of the grille after installation, it can be sealed and fixed with cement.

(2) If no embedded parts are placed, the equipment support can be directly connected and fixed to the ground with expansion bolts.

(3) When installing this device, attention should be paid to being horizontal and vertical to the ground.
