Especially suitable for transporting clay containing liquids, non lubricating liquids, etc. in industries such as petroleum, chemical, oil and coating production. The main components of the pump are made of high wear-resistant materials, and their working life far exceeds that of general gear pumps.
The design of the pump fully considers the lubrication of the bearings during operation and the wear resistance of the components. It adopts a separated bearing and pump chamber external lubrication structure, which changes the traditional structure of lubricating the bearings using the conveying medium in the original gear pump, ensuring the transmission accuracy of the main components. The delivery temperature of this pump is generally between 20 ℃ and 180 ℃, and for special structures, it can reach up to 250 ℃.
