Function of electric device for clamp type pneumatic butterfly valve

① There are two types of cylinders: single acting and double acting. The single acting is driven by air to turn on/off, and the spring is reset; Dual action is driven by pure gas;

② Working gas source pressure: 0.4-0.6MPa (4-6kgt/cm2) clean, dry, and free of corrosive gases;

③ By installing solenoid valves, automatic control of the on and off positions can be achieved. The working voltage of the solenoid valve is AC220V or DC24V;

④ By using it in conjunction with the valve feedback device (as shown in the attached figure), it is possible tovalveThe opening and closing status is fed back to the control room in the form of electrical signals, achieving remote monitoring;

⑤ By being used in conjunction with a valve positioner, it can receive 4-20mA DC electrical signals and convert them into gas source pressure, control valve opening, and provide real-time feedback on valve position. It can adjust and position the valve correctly according to the position signal output by the positioner;

⑥ Cylinder block: Made of aluminum alloy die-casting, with anodized inner and outer surfaces for strong corrosion resistance.
