GZB-63-JL roller variable displacement pump

● Overview

GZB-63-JL roller variable displacement pump is a new type of positive displacement pump, which has stable flow rate, low noise, no leakage, variable or fixed flow rate, simple structure, and easy use and maintenance.

Due to its structure, the working surfaces of the pump are all rolling friction, which improves transmission efficiency and reduces friction. The pump is largely worn out and can still maintain its sealed capacity, which enhances its service life and significantly surpasses other types of pumps.

At the same time, this pump has great adaptability to conveying media. Its point can transport non lubricated media, as well as media containing particles no larger than 4mm, inclusions, and glass balls. Experimental results have shown that it can be used to mix kerosene with a viscosity of 0.98 li po and alkyd paint with a viscosity of 500 li po. And 838 type architectural coating with a viscosity of 150 li po.

Due to the use of liquid spiral seal, new PTFE combination seal, and rubber oil seal at the shaft end, and the reasonable design, usage, and assembly, there is no leakage at the shaft end.
