Intelligent unmanned factories are specifically designed for construction and decoration waste. Construction and decoration waste refers to the debris, abandoned soil, materials, residual mud, and other waste generated during the construction, laying, demolition, and repair of various buildings, structures, pipelines, etc. by construction units or individuals. It usually consists of a combination of wood, concrete, bricks, rubble, metal, and plastic. In order to achieve environmental protection, these construction wastes need to be recycled for secondary use. The purpose of recycling is to transform some "garbage" into useful things for continued use, while also reducing environmental pollution.
After sorting, inert black and non-ferrous metals are screened out from the garbage, and some (bricks, concrete, etc.) and non recyclable materials are removed. Then transport all the collected and sorted metals to a professional external company for classification and processing. Inert materials are recycled and re supplied to the civil construction market as a substitute for traditional quarrying products.
The other sorted waste, including asphalt, concrete, and bricks, is recycled and divided into crushed stone and roadbed materials, as well as clean, wet, and mixed filling materials. Garbage sorting system process: The garbage is fed into the hopper of the coarse crusher (primary crusher) of the garbage sorting pretreatment system by a plate feeder and a transfer belt conveyor. While breaking the bag, the material particle size is crushed to below 250mm. The garbage crushed by the primary crusher is transported to the drum screen by the transfer belt conveyor;
Install an iron remover on the conveyor belt, which separates the iron (magnetic substances) contained in the crushed garbage. The magnetic separation work is in a closed state. The drum screen separates garbage into two sizes: larger than 80mm (oversize) and smaller than 80mm (undersize).
The material on the drum screen (larger than 80mm) is transported to the air separator for separation, which screens out light and heavy substances. Heavy materials (such as stones, glass, concrete, etc.) are recycled and reused; Light materials (such as paper, plastic, and other combustible materials) enter the secondary crusher, and after crushing, they are sorted out by an iron remover to produce iron containing (magnetic) substances, and the remaining materials are made into waste derived fuel (RDF fuel). The material screened by the drum screen (less than 80mm) is sorted out by an iron remover to remove iron (magnetic substances), and the remaining heavy substances (stones, glass, concrete, etc.) are recycled.
