1. The valve installation unit should have the corresponding qualifications and install according to the relevant gas pipeline construction specifications.

2. The valve should be installed after the main intake valve indoors for maintenance purposes.

3. It should be installed in the direction of airflow indicated on the valve body, and the valve body coil should not be inverted. It is allowed to be installed horizontally and vertically.

4. The control wire of the solenoid valve should be connected correctly and reliably, and the control wire has polarity: the white wire is positive and the black wire is negative, and cannot be connected in reverse.

5. When blowing the pipeline, it is recommended to isolate the solenoid valve to prevent debris inside the pipeline from damaging the valve sealing material.

Before conducting pressure testing on the sealing performance of the pipeline, the solenoid valve should be opened first.

When manually opening the valve, it is advisable to operate it when the pressure at the inlet and outlet of the valve is balanced.

8. When closing the electric valve, be sure not to connect the wrong power source, such as connecting the wrong polarity, applying the wrong voltage, or powering on for a long time, to avoid damaging the electromagnetic coil.

The magnetic force overcomes the gravity of the valve stem component and the elastic force of the return spring, and then lifts the moving iron core together with the valve stem component upwards, so that the valve disc fixed to the valve stem component is tightly adhered to the valve seat and sealed, and the valve is closed; After power failure, the valve disc returns to its original position under the gravity of the return spring and valve stem assembly, the valve opens, and the pipeline resumes normal ventilation.After receiving the electrical signal, the armature first drives the auxiliary valve plug to lift under the action of electromagnetic force. The fluid on the main valve diaphragm flows away through the auxiliary valve, reducing the pressure acting on the main valve diaphragm. When the pressure on the main valve diaphragm decreases to a certain value, the armature drives the main valve diaphragm and uses the pressure difference to open the main valve, allowing the medium to flow; After the coil is powered off, the electromagnetic force disappears, and the armature falls back to its original position due to its own weight. At the same time, relying on the pressure of the medium, the main valve can be tightly closed.
