The main performance characteristics of this utility model belong to the category of mechanical engineering electric heating, which is an electric heating furnace for the preheating and conversion system of sulfuric acid plant heating gas. Its feature is that the electric heating element assembly inside the furnace can be moved out of the furnace through the inspection door on the side of the trolley wheel and track, which is convenient for maintenance and reduces labor intensity. The heat-resistant insulators in the electric heating element assembly are horizontally placed and fixed on the frame perpendicular to the airflow direction. The electric heating wire is wound in a straight line between each pair of two heat-resistant insulators, and the vast majority of the electric heating wire is exposed in space for thermal radiation. The thermal efficiency is high, and the surface temperature of the electric heating wire is low, which can extend its service life.

The specific characteristics are as follows: ◆ Long lifespan: The new method of winding the electric cathode wire exposes more than 95% of the surface of the electric heating element to the airflow, resulting in a high heat transfer coefficient. In addition, the designed electric cathode wire has a low surface load, making it less likely to break; ◆ Easy replacement of components. Side door opening structure, fast and effortless; ◆ Lightweight: Only one-third the weight of a grid shaped electric furnace of the same power, lightweight internal insulation, and stainless steel inner liner with good corrosion resistance; ◆ Uniform spatial temperature distribution: Even when any set of electric heating elements is disabled, the heated gas can still be uniformly heated; ◆ Energy saving and fast heating: More than 95% of the electric heating element surface is in contact with the current flow, directly transferring heat without the disadvantages of local shielding or mutual interference of electric heating wires, resulting in high thermal efficiency; Low resistance: basically equivalent to the resistance of pipelines.
