The JES-PGC6000 online gas analysis system for coal gas is designed for high dust conditions in sample gas, consisting of four parts: sampling probe, preprocessing unit, control unit, and gas analysis unit. The system can continuously and in real-time measure the volume concentration and calorific value of multi-component gases such as CO, CO2, CH4, H2, O2, C2H2, C2H4, CnHm, etc. Gas online monitoring applied to process points such as blast furnace gas, high conversion rate gas, high coke gas, dry quenching circulating gas electric furnace, etc., is conducive to improving gas utilization efficiency, energy conservation and consumption reduction, and ensuring safe production on industrial sites.

Product Features
Preprocessing unit: Long service life and stable performance. Adopting stainless steel and electric heating temperature control dry sampling probe, with long service life and high accuracy; Using automatic blowing technology to solve the problem of probe blockage and ensure the reliability of the analysis system; Configure a single-stage refrigerator to remove moisture from the sample gas, achieve two-stage filtration, and ensure the online operation of the instrument.
Control unit: Fully automated detection, easy to operate. Using PLC program control, automatic sampling, blowback, drainage and other operations are completed.
Gas analysis unit: Simultaneously measure gas volume concentration and calorific value. It can simultaneously measure the volume concentration of multi-component gases such as CO, CO2, CH4, H2, O2, C2H2, C2H4, CnHm, etc., automatically calculate and display the calorific value of coal gas and biomass gas, and can replace combustion based calorific value meters.
High safety factor, explosion-proof level Ex d IIC T4 Gb.
Low maintenance and low operating costs: Real time online monitoring system operation status, no need for manual duty, greatly reducing maintenance costs.
