Product Features:
1. The impeller is designed using the ternary flow theory, and flow analysis technology is applied to predict the performance of the blower, resulting in a variable efficiency of up to 82%.
2. The fan adopts axial intake guide vanes and diffuser regulating devices, with a flow regulation range of 45% to 110% of the rated flow, enabling it to operate with high efficiency even under non rated conditions.
3. Adopting an assembled overall structure, the blower body is assembled on the housing of the gearbox, and the lubricating oil system, motor, and gearbox are compactly arranged on a shared base, which also serves as an oil tank.
4. After strict dynamic balancing, the rotor has low vibration, high reliability, and overall low noise. The rotational inertia is small, and the start-up and shutdown time of the unit is short. Compared with multi-stage centrifugal blowers with the same flow rate and pressure, it has low energy consumption, light weight, and small footprint.
5. The fan structure is advanced and reasonable, with few vulnerable parts, and easy installation, operation, and maintenance. The bearing vibration, temperature, anti surge control, interlocking protection, fault alarm, lubrication system oil pressure and temperature control of the whole machine are all controlled by programmable logic controllers, enabling real-time monitoring of the operation of the whole machine.
