3、 Process flow design of generator black smoke desulfurization purifier

（1） Process selection instructions:

The generator mainly uses diesel as fuel. During the combustion process, diesel mainly produces high-temperature exhaust gas containing sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, and smoke. Green Hesheng Environmental Protection uses water spray method to desulfurize and remove dust from this exhaust gas. At the same time, based on the characteristics of this exhaust gas dissolving in water and making the water acidic and highly corrosive, Wuxi Green Hesheng Environmental Protection Technology Institute designed the main equipment to be made of stainless steel material and sprayed with a double alkali (sodium hydroxide+lime) solution to neutralize the acidity and reduce the corrosiveness of the equipment.

（2） Principle of Spray Packing Tower Process

This process adopts the double alkali absorption method. The process uses sodium hydroxide/lime solution as the absorbent, and takes the new high-efficiency packing tower type desulfurization and dust removal device as the main body. The working principle is: under the effect of the exhaust pressure of the generator, the black smoke generated by diesel combustion enters the flue gas purifier from the bottom in the tangential direction from the bottom. After contacting with the liquid film formed by the nozzle spray, (carbon black) is captured and collected for absorption. At the same time, the liquid mist, driven by the swirling flow, also rotates. The dust particles become wet and heavy under the effect of the liquid mist. Through the centrifugal force and inertial force, they are thrown to the outer wall to separate the dust and gas. The wet smoke is discharged from the bottom drain outlet after purification The waste gas is discharged from the chimney outlet of the desulfurization and dust removal device at a height up to the standard.

The control of pH value is important in chemical reactions and directly affects the absorption of SO2. If the pH is too low, the absorption capacity is too low. During operation, the pH should be controlled at 10-11. After being absorbed by the desulfurization and dust removal device, the liquid flows through the neutralization tank on its own, fully reacts under the action of vortex inertia, and finally settles its sludge and impurities in the sedimentation tank. It is cleaned regularly, and the clear liquid enters the alkali solution tank (to adjust the pH) for further recycling.
