Product Details

The gravity type valve free filter series products are assembled into one unit with a compact structure, including a water distribution tank, filter, U-shaped inlet and outlet pipes, and drainage tank. The raw water is sent into the filter tank through the inlet pipe and filtered from top to bottom through the filter layer. The clean water is then injected into the storage tank through the connecting pipe for storage. After the tank is filled, the water enters the clean water tank through the outlet pipe, and the filter layer continuously intercepts suspended solids, causing the resistance of the filter layer to gradually increase, thus promoting the water level in the siphon tube to continuously rise. When the water level reaches the auxiliary pipe mouth of the siphon, water falls down from the pipe and takes away the air in the siphon downcomer through the suction pipe. When the vacuum degree reaches a certain value, siphon action occurs. At this point, the water in the pipe flows from bottom to top through the filter layer, backwashing the filter material. When the water level of the flushing water tank drops to the siphon breaking pipe, air enters the siphon pipe, breaking the siphon effect. After the backwashing of the filter is completed, it enters the next cycle of work, and there is no need to set up a backwashing water pump and backwashing water tower like other filters.
[Features]
1. This device is a valve free filtration device that has long been used in China without valves and control instruments. It cleverly utilizes the siphon principle to achieve automatic operation. Compared with other filtration equipment, it has the advantages of no manual operation, low energy consumption, low operating costs, safety, and convenient management.
2. The equipment is made of carbon steel (or according to user requirements, such as stainless steel material), with strict anti-corrosion, high processing accuracy, and easy installation.
[Purpose]
1. Used for side filtration treatment of circulating cooling water in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, refining, light industry, textile, etc;
2. Used for surface water purification and underground water iron and manganese removal; Used for filtration treatment in urban and township water plants;
4. Pre treatment for softening and desalination treatment; Used for purification treatment of swimming pools and fountain water features;
6. Used for removing suspended solids from production wastewater, biochemical treatment of organic wastewater, and subsequent filtration after secondary sedimentation tank treatment;
[Scope of Application]
1. When used for filtration treatment in water plants, the suspended solids in the inlet water should be less than 15mg/l, and the suspended solids in the outlet water should be less than 3mg/l;
2. When used for circulating cooling water side filtration treatment, the suspended solids in the inlet water are generally 15-30mg/l, and the suspended solids in the outlet water are generally less than 5mg/l;
3. When used for "adding coagulants for treatment", the suspended solids in the influent are 50-100mg/l, and the suspended solids in the effluent are generally less than 5mg/l;

Non standard equipment requires customers to provide specific parameters such as water volume, suspended solids in the inlet, and effluent requirements
