Groove rubber flap check valveIt is an automatic control valve that integrates groove connection technology and rubber flap check function, mainly composed of a valve body, a valve cover, and a composite structure rubber flap. The rubber flap is made of steel plate and nylon cloth as the substrate, and the outer layer is covered with rubber. The switch life can reach 1 million times. The valve body is made of ductile iron material, and the inner and outer surfaces are treated with epoxy spraying to enhance corrosion resistance. The overall structural design is compact and suitable for fluid control needs of various pipeline systems.
2、 Working principle
Relying on the principles of fluid dynamics and gravity balance to achieve unidirectional medium control: when the medium flows forward, the pressure pushes the rubber flap to open, ensuring smooth passage of the medium; When the medium flow stops or reverses, the rubber flap closes under the combined action of its own gravity, elastic rebound, and reverse pressure, tightly fitting the bronze valve seat to form a seal and prevent the medium from flowing back. The elastic properties of rubber flaps can slow down the closing speed and help weaken the impact of water hammer on pipelines.

5、 Key points for installation and maintenance
(1) Installation specifications
