The HBCODMn-1 online permanganate index analyzer automatically completes water sample collection through the control of an embedded industrial computer system. The water sample enters the reaction chamber and is heated by the analyzer controlled heating device. A quantitative oxidant and catalyst are added in sequence to the reaction chamber for digestion at 100 ℃. The digestion time can be determined based on the quality of the raw water, and the time that can completely digest COD is selected. After the digested sample is cooled for an appropriate period of time, the analyzer pumps a quantitative reducing agent, and then the standard concentration oxidant is dripped back. The voltage related to the endpoint chromaticity is detected by the photoelectric colorimetric method to determine the titration endpoint. After data processing, embedded industrial computers display permanganate index values and store, process, and transmit data. After measurement, the system and reaction chamber will be automatically cleaned with pure water. This instrument can be widely used for measuring the permanganate index of drinking water, surface water, and surface water.
