The HBCr6+-1 online hexavalent chromium analyzer automatically completes water sample collection through the control of an embedded industrial computer system. The water sample enters the reaction chamber, and under acidic conditions, hexavalent chromium reacts with diphenylcarbazide to produce a purple red compound, whose color is proportional to the content of hexavalent chromium. The mixed solution after reaction enters the colorimetric chamber, and the voltage related to chromaticity is detected using the photoelectric colorimetric method. After amplification by a signal amplifier, it is transmitted to an embedded industrial computer. After data processing, the embedded industrial computer displays the concentration value of hexavalent chromium and stores, processes, and transmits the data. This instrument is suitable for the determination of hexavalent chromium in surface water and industrial wastewater.
