The HBPH-3 industrial acidity meter adopts industrial composite glass electrodes, which can continuously measure the pH value of production processes and discharged wastewater. It has good temperature compensation and anti-corrosion capabilities, and is suitable for industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, textile, printing and dyeing, food, pharmaceutical, papermaking, as well as water and environmental protection departments.

The instrument consists of a primary meter and a secondary meter. The primary meter consists of electrodes, preamplifiers, and brackets, while the secondary meter completes pH display, signal output, and alarm output. The preamplifier adopts isolation amplification technology, which can achieve long-distance transmission and has strong anti-interference ability. Adopting LCD display, the reading is intuitive and clear. The instrument has an upper and lower limit alarm circuit, which can directly read the upper and lower limit values through the LCD display panel. The upper and lower limits are continuously adjustable within the measurement range, and can be automatically adjusted for acidity and alkalinity through an external equipment control device.
