The HBTP-1 online total phosphorus analyzer automatically completes water sample collection through the control of an embedded industrial computer system. The water sample enters the reaction chamber and undergoes oxidation and decomposition by a strong oxidant at high temperature, converting various forms of phosphorus in the water sample into orthophosphate. Under acidic conditions, orthophosphate reacts with ammonium molybdate and potassium antimony tartrate to form phosphomolybdic acid, which is reduced by the reducing agent ascorbic acid to form a blue complex. Within the measured range, the color of the complex is proportional to the total phosphorus content. The mixed solution after reaction enters the colorimetric chamber, and the voltage related to chromaticity is detected using the photoelectric colorimetric method. After amplification by a signal amplifier, it is transmitted to an embedded industrial computer. After data processing, the embedded industrial computer displays the total phosphorus concentration value and stores, processes, and transmits the data. This instrument can be widely used for measuring the total phosphorus content in municipal sewage, industrial wastewater, and surface water.
The instrument adopts a large screen LCD display, which can intuitively display the measurement process, measurement results, reports, and measurement result curves.
Using a large capacity electronic hard drive, it can store 10 years of historical data (calculated based on 24 data records per day).
The analysis frequency and time can be selected (e.g. 3 times/day, 8:00, 10:00, 18:00).
The appropriate range can be selected according to the water quality condition to ensure measurement accuracy.
Select the heating time according to the water quality condition to thoroughly dissolve the water sample.
The instrument unexpectedly loses power during operation, but it can automatically restore its original operating state after being powered on again, and the instrument parameters will not be lost after power failure.
After setting the reagent remaining amount, the instrument stops running and alarms when the reagent remaining amount is below the lower limit.
After selecting the corresponding data collector and GSM communication module accessories, the instrument can be remotely monitored through GSM short message.
