Characteristics of rotary blower:

Rotary fans are oil lubricated fans that require careful maintenance during daily use, especially the maintenance of the fan lubrication system. Insufficient oil use of the blower can cause serious damage to the fan.

The rotary blower is an oil lubricated blower, and the discharged air contains a certain amount of oil mist, which increases the technical difficulty of water treatment and generates secondary pollution. Detection conditions and methods for noise of rotary fans

1、 Fan installation section

1. The fan needs to have a foundation or be equipped with vibration reducing components

2. The air outlet needs to be connected to the pipeline equipment

3. The fan pressure should be within the specified range (pressure gauge shows 0-0.05MPa)

4. The inner wall of the fan room needs to be equipped with sound-absorbing materials to reduce noise


2、 Testing method

1. Inspection outside the fan room: Testing at a distance of 2-6 meters from the fan room will reduce the fan noise test value to the standard value.

In addition, the size of the fan room and the surrounding environment also have an impact on the noise test values. (First, meet the installation requirements)

2. Open space detection: Within 20 meters of the tested fan, there are no obvious buildings or other obstacles that can produce echoes. The fan is equipped with vibration reduction components and tested under no-load operation (30ml of lubricating oil is poured into the air inlet before the detection, and the running time cannot exceed 5 minutes). The fan noise test value will be reduced to the standard value when tested 1-10 meters away from the fan. The environment also has an impact on the noise test value.

3 Sensory detection: The fan has no abnormal noise, no inorganic collision noise, no abnormal vibration without overpressure, no intake noise, motor operation noise, and ground micro vibration are all normal sounds.
