5、 Test process description

Simulate the free fall motion of the mobile phone during user use for testing.

Manually place the phone into the drum → close the transparent cover and protective device → the motor drives the drum to rotate counterclockwise → it falls twice after one rotation.

Operating standards:

1. After each test, the drop arm must be lowered to prevent the spring from being deformed due to prolonged resetting of the drop arm, which may affect its performance

Test the effect. Before each drop, please reposition the motor and stop rotating before pressing the drop button;

2. After the installation of the new machine at the factory is completed, appropriate low concentration engine oil must be added to the sliding round rod. It is strictly prohibited to add rust proof oil or high concentration engine oil

Concentrated engine oil and accumulated corrosive oils.

3. If there is too much dust on the oiling area after a long time, please lower the machine to a lower position, wipe the previous oil, and then restart it

4. The drop machine is a mechanical equipment for impact robbery. When a new machine is used more than 500 times, each screw must be tightened

5. The lifting shaft and chain of the testing machine need to be lubricated regularly.

6. The gearbox should change the oil supply every six months.
