The HGHQ221 gas content analyzer is a new product developed based on the experimental method specified in the power industry standard "DL/T 423-2009 Insulation Oil Gas Content Determination Method - Vacuum Pressure Difference Method", absorbing years of experience in gas content determination experiments using the "vacuum pressure difference method", and combining the development achievements of automation instruments. Can be used for the determination of gas content in oil products applicable to DL/T 423-2009 standard testing. The product has a high degree of automation, is easy to use, has a user-friendly interface, and the testing process fully meets the standard requirements. Widely used in the determination of gas content in oil products in fields such as power, chemical, and environmental protection.

Main features
One click operation during the testing process: automatically completes the entire testing process, including vacuuming, sampling, heating, degassing, calculation, and oil discharge, without the need for manual intervention
The special pipeline design of the instrument can measure samples with high viscosity such as turbine oil
The instrument sampling port can be equipped with multiple interface forms, which are suitable for laboratory testing needs and can also be directly connected to the sampling port of the tested equipment for on-site testing, completely eliminating errors caused by the sampling process
The instrument pressure detection uses an absolute pressure sensor to directly measure the absolute pressure value, combined with multiple compensation algorithms to compensate for the numerical deviation caused by changes in the testing environment, making the test results more accurate
The vacuum pump is automatically controlled by the instrument to start and stop, effectively reducing the running time of the pump, reducing noise and other pollution, and improving the service life of the pump
