measuring principle

Using potassium permanganate oxidation method. After adding sulfuric acid to the water sample to make it acidic, a certain amount of potassium permanganate solution is added and heated for digestion reaction for a certain period of time. Add a reducing agent to reduce the remaining potassium permanganate.

Function Description

·It has the function of separating cleaning solution and waste liquid, automatically dividing the cleaning solution and waste liquid into different collection buckets;

·Equipped with automatic calibration function, it can be set to execute at regular intervals;

·It has functions such as equal time interval measurement, whole point measurement, and controlled measurement to meet the different needs of various sites;

·It has an automatic standard sample verification function, which can be set to be executed on a daily basis. When the verification is not qualified, it will be automatically calibrated, and the verification will be carried out after the calibration is completed to ensure the linear accuracy of the equipment;

·Equipped with automatic cleaning function, the pipeline and digestion tank will be cleaned before and after measurement, and regular additional cleaning can be set to ensure the cleanliness of the pipeline and digestion tank;

·Equipped with power on self-test and abnormal reset functions, ensuring that the equipment automatically returns to normal state after abnormal power failure and power on again;

·It has alarm functions such as insufficient reagents, heating faults, and photoelectric abnormalities, and can sound real-time alarms and record alarm information;
