Product Introduction

Monitor, collect, and apply online data on pollution generation, pollution control processes, and pollution discharge processes. On the basis of original end monitoring, the system delves into the operation of pollution control facilities, extracting models and key parameters representing facility operation, such as process parameters (MLSS, DO, ORP, electricity, etc.), electrical parameters (current, voltage, frequency, speed), and combining process and end monitoring data to comprehensively monitor the operation, pollutant treatment effectiveness, and emissions of sewage treatment plant treatment facilities, determine the rationality, authenticity, and acceptability of pollutant emission monitoring data, and achieve accurate monitoring of facility operation status.

Performance characteristics

1. Data collection: The working condition data is uniformly obtained from the central control system (DCS, PLC, etc.), with a collection frequency of once every 1 minute.

2. Signal access: It should have at least 8 analog input channels, support (4~20) mA, (0~20) mA current input, or (0~5) V voltage input, with a sampling error of less than one thousandth; At least 8 switch input channels with photoelectric isolation; At least 6 RS232/485 digital input channels for connecting monitoring instruments; Prepare one standard 10/100M Ethernet port for connecting to Ethernet; Supports analog, switch, RS232/485 port expansion.

3. Data transmission: Send data to the monitoring system of the provincial/municipal ecological environment department through wired and wireless networks. Support real-time data transmission, historical data supplementation, remote parameter settings, and other functions.

4. Data security: Set up a firewall between the on-site monitoring system and the provincial (municipal) ecological environment department monitoring system, and send the working condition data of the enterprise site to the provincial (municipal) ecological environment monitoring center through a VPN data channel.

5. Data storage: Equipped with power-off protection function, the stored data will not be lost after power failure. The storage capacity shall not be less than 128 GB, capable of storing 1 minute of data for 3 years or more, and supporting export through mobile media. Data over 1 year old is exported to other storage media using database file backup technology.

6. Data display: Real time display of collected operational data of production and treatment facilities, as well as monitoring or statistical data related to pollutant emissions, through charts and graphs.

7. Data query: supports querying real-time data, historical data, abnormal alarm records, etc.

8. Curve comparison: Support the comparison of hourly, daily, and monthly variation curves of operating parameters, emissions of pollutants, and parameters related to production and treatment facilities.

9. Automatic recovery: The device runs automatically when it is turned on. When there is a power outage or the device is restarted, there is no need for manual operation, and the operation status is automatically restored. The time of the failure and the time of resuming operation are recorded.

10. Security management: It has security management functions, and operators need to authenticate their identity before entering the control interface, and have multi-level management permissions.
