The HMC series single pulse dust collector is a small bag dust collector designed after improving the technology of digesting and absorbing similar products. The HMC series single machine pulse dust collector adopts the technology of high-pressure (0.5-0.7MPa) high flow pulse valve to blow and clean the dust filter bag one by one. Compared with other single machines in China, Jiarui has the characteristics of high dust cleaning energy, simple and compact structure, small size, light weight, easy installation, and convenient maintenance (external filter type). It is widely used in industries such as building materials, metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, coal, non-metallic mineral powder processing, etc., and is an ideal equipment for environmental dust removal.
The HMC series single machine pulse dust collector consists of three parts: fan, filter, and dust collector. Each component is installed in a vertical frame, with a steel plate shell, painted for rust prevention, and easy to operate and use. The HMC series single pulse dust collector fan adopts a centrifugal fan with high air volume and pressure, and adopts noise reduction measures, resulting in low noise. The filter adopts a flat bag group, and each bag is equipped with a spring steel wire mesh for good filtering effect. The dust cleaning mechanism uses an electric motor to drive the eccentric wheel and connecting rod, causing the bag to shake and accumulate dust on the surface of the filter bag. This pulse jet single machine dust collector is equipped with an inspection door for easy maintenance and bag replacement.
The HMC series single pulse dust collector has a large processing capacity, long service life of filter bags, stable operation, and very convenient operation, making it an upgraded product of pulse bag dust collectors.
The HMC series single pulse dust collector is widely used for dust removal and purification of non fibrous industrial dust in various industrial and mining enterprises such as metallurgy, building materials, machinery, chemical industry, and mining.
The working principle of HMC series single pulse dust collector:
The dust containing gas enters the filtering chamber through the ash hopper, and the coarser particles directly fall into the ash hopper or ash bin. The dust containing gas is filtered by the filter bag, and the dust is trapped on the surface of the filter bag. The clean gas passes through the bag mouth to the clean air chamber and is discharged into the atmosphere by the fan. When the dust on the surface of the filter bag continues to increase, causing the equipment resistance to rise to the set value, the time relay outputs a signal, and the programmable controller starts to work. The pulse valves are opened one by one, allowing compressed air to blow and clean the filter bag through the nozzle. Under the action of reverse airflow, the filter bag suddenly expands, and the dust attached to the bag surface separates from the filter bag and falls into the ash hopper. The dust is discharged from the ash discharge valve. After all filter bags are blown clean, the dust collector resumes normal operation.
The HMC series single pulse dust collector has six specifications, each of which can be divided into two types: standard ash hopper type A and open flange type B. Its structure mainly consists of a filter chamber, filter bag, clean air chamber, ash hopper, ash discharge valve, pulse blowing device, electric control box, etc. The box body is all welded, and the maintenance door is sealed with heat-resistant rubber strips. The dust collector is tight and does not leak air.
The structural characteristics of HMC series single pulse dust collector:
1. The HMC series single pulse dust collector body consists of four parts: housing, filter bag assembly, spray cleaning device, and ash discharge device.
2. The shell of the HMC series single pulse dust collector consists of an upper box, a middle box, an ash hopper, and inlet and outlet ports.
3. The HMC series single pulse dust collector filter bag assembly consists of filter bags, filter bag frames, etc.
4. The HMC series single machine pulse dust collector spray cleaning device consists of an air bag, spray pipe, pulse valve, electromagnetic control valve, electric control instrument, etc.
5. The HMC series single pulse dust collector ash discharge device consists of a motor, a reducer, a screw conveyor, and a star shaped discharge valve.
6. The HMC series single machine pulse dust collector pulse valve type I adopts a right angle pulse valve, while type II adopts a straight pulse valve, reducing the resistance of the pulse valve itself and making it an ideal pulse spraying method.
