The HMC pulse single machine dust collector is a new type of dust collector that has greatly improved on the basis of traditional dust collectors. Its main characteristics are:Single machine bag filterThe technology of using (0.5-0.7MPa) high flow pulse valves to blow and clean the dust filter bags one by one has the characteristics of high dust cleaning energy and efficiency compared to other single machines. And with small size, light weight, simple and compact structure, easy installation, and convenient maintenance (external filter type), it is widely used in industries such as building materials, metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, coal, and non-metallic mineral ultrafine powder processing for dust containing gas purification treatment systems, making it an ideal equipment for environmental dust removal.
HMC typePulse single machine bag filterThe technology of using a high flow pulse valve to spray and clean dust filter bags one by one has been applied. Compared with other single machines in China, this type of equipment has the characteristics of high dust cleaning energy and efficiency. In addition, it has the advantages of simple and compact structure, easy installation, and convenient maintenance. So it has a wide range of applications in industries such as mining, chemical, coal, and non-metallic mineral ultrafine powder processing.
HMC type pulse single machine bag filter structure:
This series of dust collectors has six specifications, each of which can be divided into two types: standard ash hopper type A and open flange type (without ash hopper) B. Its structure is mainly composed of filter chamber, filter bag, air purifying chamber, ash hopper, ash unloading valve, pulse blowing device, electric control box, etc. The box is all welded, and the access door is sealed with foam rubber strips to ensure that the dust collector is tight and air tight.
HMC type pulseSingle dust collectorWorking Principle:
The dusty gas enters the ash hopper through the air inlet or enters the filter bag chamber through an open flange. The dusty gas is filtered through the filter bag into clean gas and enters the clean gas chamber. It is then discharged by the fan through the clean gas exhaust port. Dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bag and continues to increase, causing the resistance of the filter bag dust collector to constantly rise. In order to ensure that the equipment resistance does not exceed 1200Pa and the bag dust collector can continue to work, it is necessary to regularly remove the dust on the filter bag. Dust cleaning is achieved by the program controller timing and sequentially starting the pulse valve, causing compressed air (0.5-0.7MPa) inside the bag to be blown out from the injection hole (referred to as primary air) through the Venturi tube to induce surrounding air (referred to as secondary air) several times the flash air into the filter bag, causing the filter bag to rapidly expand in an instant and shake off dust with the reverse action of the airflow, achieving the purpose of dust cleaning.
Installation of HMC type pulse single machine dust collector:
The standalone dust collector is installed near the mechanical equipment that generates dust, and users can configure metal or plastic suction pipes and hoods according to the size of the air inlet on the dust collector.
1. The electric control box cover of the dust collector should not be opened arbitrarily during operation. If it is necessary to adjust the cleaning time or check the circuit, the power should be cut off after stopping the machine before starting work.
2. According to the nature and capacity of the dust, it should be vibrated and cleaned regularly, generally three to four times per shift, to ensure the normal operation of the dust collector.
3. According to actual needs, regularly remove dust. When removing dust from the dust collector, simply open the sealed dust outlet door and pull out the drawer when the fan and cleaning mechanism are stopped.
4. In order to ensure that the dust removal equipment is in the best working condition, it should be placed as close as possible to the source of dust, generally at a distance of 1.5 to 2.0 meters. The connecting pipes should be as short as possible and bends should be minimized to avoid increasing resistance losses.
5. The vacuum hood is a key accessory to ensure that the dust collector unit is in the best condition. The user should make an ideal vacuum hood based on the external dimensions of the processed parts and the nature of the dust, according to the principles of ventilation, proximity, smoothness, sealing, and design.
6. Before operation, the dust collector should check whether the maintenance door, ash outlet door, and air duct connection system are sealed to prevent leakage and reduce the dust collection effect.
7. The voltage of the dust collector is three-phase AC 380 volts. After connecting the external wires on the dust collector to the power supply, it can be used. When starting to rotate, attention should be paid to whether the fan is rotating in the forward direction (if it is rotating in the reverse direction and the air volume is small, the power supply wiring needs to be replaced).
