The bearings of the through type medium pressure fan use high-speed and high-temperature resistant imported bearings, with 2800 revolutions per minute at 50Hz and 3450 revolutions per minute at 60Hz, without lubrication. 3、 The inlet and outlet of the transparent medium pressure fan are equipped with built-in noise reduction pipes to achieve low noise. 4、 Models below 1.1KW of the Toupu medium pressure fan can be used at full pressure. 5、 The pressure of the turbo type medium pressure fan is stable. 6、 Under the same power and pressure, the flow rate of the turbo type medium pressure fan is greater than that of similar products. 7、 The transparent medium pressure fan cover adopts a sheet-like heat dissipation design, which is equivalent to a motorcycle engine heat dissipation device, greatly reducing the temperature during fan operation. The transparent medium pressure fan adopts the principle of bearing front design, with two bearings placed at the front end of the fan blades and the rear end of the motor, achieving good dynamic balance configuration and facilitating heat dissipation. (The reason is that there are heat sinks at the front end of the fan blades for heat dissipation, while the bearings at the back end work under the built-in cooling fan of the fan, thus keeping the bearings working for a long time at low temperatures.) 9. The turbo type medium pressure fan adopts a special shock-absorbing foot design, which greatly reduces the vibration generated during the operation of the fan. 10、 The turbo type medium pressure fan is economical and energy-saving. At the same power, pressure, and flow rate, the current of a full wind high-pressure fan is lower than that of other similar products. Installation of through type blower: 1. The medium pressure through type blower should be installed in a solid and sturdy place on the ground, with sufficient space around for inspection, maintenance, and upkeep. 2. The foundation should be kept level under the base of the medium pressure turbine, and it is recommended to use shock-absorbing rubber or bolt casting installation at the four corners of the base to ensure smooth operation and low vibration of the medium pressure turbine. 3. The connecting pipeline between the medium pressure turbine and the system should be sealed reliably. For small vacuum pumps, metal pipelines can be used to connect the sealing gasket with oil resistant rubber. For small and medium pressure turbine fans, vacuum rubber hoses can be used for connection. The pipeline diameter should not be smaller than the suction diameter of the medium pressure turbine fan, and the pipeline should be short with few bends. (When welding pipelines, welding slag should be removed from the pipeline and it is strictly prohibited for welding slag to enter the vacuum pump chamber.) 4. In the connecting pipeline, users can install valves and vacuum gauges above the inlet of the medium pressure turbine fan to check the maximum pressure of the medium pressure turbine fan at any time. 5. Connect the power supply according to the regulations on the motor label, ground the wire, and install fuses and thermal relays of appropriate specifications. 6. When the medium pressure turbo fan is powered on for trial operation, the motor belt must be removed to confirm that the vacuum pump rotates in the specified direction before it can be put into use, and the medium pressure turbo fan can be reversed for oil injection. (Turn in the direction indicated by the protective cover) Precautions for use: * Overload phenomenon may occur when the XX medium pressure blower is fully closed (RB series). *When fully open, overload phenomenon may occur (CX, TB, HTB, CS, PF, MS series). At this time, use an ammeter to confirm the current size and adjust the buffer, usually within the fixed current range. *Repeatedly opening and closing the switch within one minute can cause the motor to overheat and should be avoided. *Variable frequency drive control - When using a variable frequency drive, the power waveform is distorted, the motor sound is loud, and the vibration is also significant. If the frequency converter is used for operation and the temperature rises or the vibration is large, please stop running. Please use it under the following conditions. *The frequency value (number of rotations) must be within the specified frequency range indicated on the label and within the fixed current range. *Minimum cycle number (number of rotations) - above 30 Hertz (Hz) and within the freezing current.
