The ZWL horizontal screw centrifugal dewatering machine is mainly composed of a rotary grain and a screw conveyor with a hollow shaft. After the sludge is sent into the rotary drum of the centrifugal dewatering machine through the hollow shaft, it is immediately thrown into the rotary grain chamber under the centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation. The sludge particles are relatively large, resulting in a large centrifugal force that is thrown onto the inner wall of the rotating grain, forming a solid layer; The water density is low, and the centrifugal force is also small, only producing a liquid layer inside the solid layer. The sludge in the solid layer is slowly pushed by the screw conveyor and transported to the cone end of the transfer. It is continuously discharged through the outlet around the grain, while the liquid is discharged outside the grain through the overflow of the weir and collected before being discharged from the dewatering machine.
