HZDC550 Vibration Calibration PlatformIt is particularly suitable for vibration calibration in industrial sites and is the preferred vibration standard configuration for enterprise standard rooms.
Rich functionality and wide applicability
1) It can dynamically calibrate various piezoelectric acceleration sensors, magneto electric velocity sensors, and eddy current displacement sensors.
2) Built in digital signal source, digital setting output analog vibration signal, used for verifying vibration transmitters, instruments, and vibration measurement systems without sensors. (Not provided temporarily)
3) Equipped with manual calibration function: capable of manually setting frequency and amplitude, outputting any vibration for precise and personalized calibration;
4) Equipped with automatic calibration function: By running the "Vibration Calibration Platform Measurement and Control Software" on the PC, setting up and editing amplitude accuracy calibration and frequency response test programs, and downloading them to the vibration calibration platform, it can perform fully automatic testing and calibration of the calibrated vibration sensor and measurement system. 5) Can be placed horizontally or vertically for use in order to verify vertical or horizontal sensors. The strong suspension vibration system with high output thrust can support various sensors with a mass of less than 1000 grams.

1) By using the keyboard, the vibration frequency and amplitude can be arbitrarily set with numbers, which is more convenient and accurate than traditional potentiometers or band switches.
2) After the vibration frequency and amplitude are given, the digital servo system automatically adjusts to quickly obtain the desired vibration.
3) During operation, the setting and frequency can be adjusted digitally at any time.

1) High precision digital signal excitation source with low output distortion and good stability.
2) Built in displacement sensor for low frequency standard and acceleration sensor for medium frequency standard, with excellent frequency response.
3) Based on DSP, digital servo automatic adjustment and standard vibration measurement have strong ability to suppress output disturbances, fast response, high accuracy of output vibration amplitude and frequency, and good low-frequency characteristics.
4) Within the range of 0.3~100Hz, the frequency accuracy reaches 0.01, and the amplitude accuracy is better than ± 3 words (far higher than the 3dB of similar products at home and abroad).
★ Humanized configuration, lightweight and portable structure
1) Equipped with a complete set of specially designed brackets and accessories, it can meet the installation needs of various vibration sensors.

3. Digital display window
Display the given frequency magnitude, given vibration value, and actual measured vibration value of the sensor.
Upper display window: displays the given vibration frequency;
Medium display window: displays the given vibration amplitude;
Lower display window: displays the vibration amplitude of the internal standard sensor.
The type of vibration and the dimensional unit of its value are determined by the input selection.
