4、 Working principle
1. Adopting imported electrochemical oxygen sensors and digital processing technology, continuous automatic online analysis of oxygen concentration is achieved.
2. The volumetric magnetic susceptibility of oxygen is much higher than that of ordinary gases, and it exhibits * paramagnetism in a magnetic field.
3. Ionic current sensor is an ion limited current oxygen sensor made of stable zirconia. It works based on the principle of zirconia oxygen pump. Electrodes are made on both sides of the zirconia substrate, and a certain voltage is applied to the two poles at a working temperature above 300 ℃. The electrochemical reactions that are opposite to each other are carried out on the two poles.
