Overview

The hand-operated brush filter consists of a high-quality carbon steel cylinder, a high-strength stainless steel filter screen, a brush with a handle, and a drain valve. When the water flows through the filter, impurities are intercepted by the stainless steel filter and accumulate in the Y-shaped filter chamber, while clean water flows directly through the main pipe. When a large amount of impurities accumulate in the filter screen, simply open the drain valve at the end of the filter chamber and turn the handle clockwise several times to drive the brush to sweep away the impurities attached to the mesh wall and discharge them with the sewage flow. This completes the cleaning and drainage operation, solving the problem of dismantling the filter and removing the filter screen for cleaning in ordinary mesh drum filters.
