The operation platform is outsourced with 304 stainless steel plate, which has no hygiene blind spots, makes cleaning more convenient, and has a cleaner and more beautiful appearance. The bucket blocking plate is a special opening and closing structure, and the filter bag is fixed on the blocking plate. When the machine is running, the blocking plate and the bucket are locked together. During unloading, the blocking plate can be separated from the bucket and lifted together with the filter bag and material, making unloading more convenient. Adopting a large flip structure, the lid can accommodate devices such as material tubes. The flat bag centrifuge adopts a variable frequency start and stop method, without the need for vulnerable parts such as starting blocks and brake pads, making operation simpler. Operation method
1. Place the machine on a level surface, ensuring that the ground is as flat as possible. There should be no gaps between the four shock-absorbing legs of the centrifuge and the ground.
2. Fix the machine with expansion wire or other methods according to the fixing holes on the shock-absorbing legs.
3. Connect the inverter according to the instructions of the inverter terminal. Test the machine once after connecting the power. Before running the machine, be sure to push the gear into the slot. The starting method is to turn on the power, then press the "Start" button on the frequency converter panel to check if the rotation direction of the bucket is clockwise, and then press the "Stop" button to stop the machine. During this process, if the inner container rotates counterclockwise, simply swap the positions of any two wires on the motor terminal to ensure that the inner container rotates clockwise.
4. Attention: The braking resistor inside the frequency conversion cabinet is a high-temperature component and should not be touched by hand.
5. Place the filter bag inside the inner container, lay it flat, and ensure that the filter cloth is as close to the side and bottom of the container as possible, without too many wrinkles.
6. If the material is solid, the material to be dehydrated should be evenly and evenly placed in the inner container, and the material should be kept as smooth and even as possible after being placed; If the material is a fluid, it can be injected from the feed pipe after the machine is started to high speed. The loading amount must not exceed the larger capacity of the machine.
7. Lock the lid tightly while the machine is running. Press the "Start" button on the frequency conversion cabinet panel to start the machine, and the machine will reach high speed within 180 seconds; Press the 'stop' button, and the machine will stop within 150 seconds.
8. After the machine reaches high speed, a large amount of liquid is discharged from the drain pipe. After about 2 minutes, the material is basically dry and there is basically no liquid flowing out of the drainage pipe. You can press the stop button.
9. After the machine comes to a complete stop, release the lid lock hook, open the lid, pull out the stopper from the groove, use the hook to hang the lifting plate and the adjusting ring at the center of the filter bag, and lift out the material.
10. When unloading, simply loosen the adjusting ring at the center of the filter bag from the hook, and the material can leak out from the bottom of the filter bag. After unloading the material, put the lifting plate back into the machine. Attention: The positioning head on the bucket must be placed in the positioning slot on the lifting device.
11. After the hanging plate and filter bag are placed in place, the next process can be run.

Daily work maintenance
1. The operator must be familiar with the structure, performance, and operating methods of the machine.
2. Before starting up, rotate the converter and check the direction of rotation.
3. The feeding should be evenly distributed to avoid excessive weight and machine vibration.
4. No items should be placed on the top cover to avoid accidents after turning on the machine.
5. If any abnormal phenomenon is found during operation, the power should be immediately cut off and the machine should be stopped for inspection.
6. The machine must be regularly inspected, lubricated, and checked at least once every six months.
