①Check if there are any foreign objects inside the centrifuge for conversion, if the filter cloth is securely fastened with hanging bag bolts, if the stopper bolt is inserted tightly, and if the filter cloth is damaged.②Everything is normal, then cover the machine and fasten all handles.③Start the centrifuge through the frequency conversion control cabinet and maintain the frequency converter at around 15 Hz. At this time, the centrifuge runs at low speed and the material is added to the centrifuge through the feed pipe.④From the mirror on the centrifuge cover, when the materials in the drum reach a certain limit, the frequency modulation makes the centrifuge rotate at a high speed, and the materials enter the dehydration and drying link.⑤When the liquid discharge from the outlet pipe significantly decreases, adjust the frequency converter to around 15Hz, wait for the centrifuge speed to decrease, and then add the material through the feed pipe.⑥Repeat the operation until the centrifuge drum is filled with dry material, then stop feeding. Adjust the centrifuge to high speed.⑦When there is basically no liquid flowing out of the centrifuge outlet pipe, add flushing water for about 20 seconds, and then stop the centrifuge.⑧After ensuring that the machine is stationary, open the lock buckle of the centrifugal flip cover, slowly open the machine cover, move the lifting device to the center position of the lifting bag, hang the lifting hook on the lifting ring of the lifting bag, connect the middle lifting rope of the lifting bag, open all the buckles between the lifting bag and the drum, and confirm everything. Operate the hoist upwards to lift the lifting bag. Once it reaches the designated container or silo, open the central lifting rope of the bag and unload the dry material.⑨After the materials are emptied, lift the filter bag back into the rotary stream to complete a dehydration process.
