Electric flange gate valves are widely used in various fields such as water conservancy, construction, fire protection, power, environmental protection, petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, etc. Applicable media: water, oil, steam, acid, alkali, ammonia, urea, weak acid-base solutions, high-temperature liquids, sulfur-containing natural gas, and other working conditions. The butterfly plate installation center and rotation center are designed with a rigorous eccentricity. When the valve is opened or fully opened, the sealing surface of the butterfly valve seat and the butterfly plate are in a non-contact state, and when closed, the butterfly plate rotates with the valve stem and deflects into the sealing surface of the valve seat, making it sealed. Therefore, the service life of the valve is extended due to minimal wear and tear during the opening and closing process. The valve seat of the butterfly valve is composed of an embedded O-ring or fluoroplastic gasket as a sealing component. Therefore, it has a self compensating function for temperature differences and wear, ensuring the sealing of butterfly valves without leakage. When the fluid pressure in the butterfly valve pipeline is transmitted into the sealing groove of the valve seat, due to the principle of force distribution, the joint force generated by the expansion force of the O-ring and the sealing element under the pipeline pressure will push the sealing surface of the valve seat towards the butterfly plate and seal the valve. This sealing structure can generate greater sealing force with the increase of pipeline pressure.

1. The selection of materials is meticulous, in compliance with relevant domestic and international standards, and the quality of the materials is high.

2. Meets the requirements of * standard, with reliable sealing, excellent performance, and beautiful appearance.

3. The sealing pair is advanced and reasonable, and the sealing surfaces of the gate and valve seat are made of Stellite cobalt based hard alloy with different hardness by welding. The sealing is reliable, with high hardness, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, good scratch resistance, and long service life.

4. The valve stem has undergone quenching and surface nitriding treatment, exhibiting excellent corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, and wear resistance.

5. Adopting a wedge-shaped elastic gate structure, thrust bearings are installed on the medium and large diameters, with low friction and equipped with an impact handwheel for easy and smooth opening and closing.

6. Various piping flange standards and flange sealing surface forms can be adopted to meet various engineering needs and user requirements.

Assembly requirements:

1. Assembly tools must be degreased and cleaned before assembly to ensure cleanliness;

2. Assembly workers must wear clean pure cotton work clothes, a pure cotton cap, no hair leakage, clean shoes, plastic gloves, and degreased hands;

3. The installation workshop must be kept clean or a temporary clean area must be set up, such as using newly purchased colored cloth or plastic film, to prevent dust during the installation process;

4. The assembled valve should be purged with nitrogen for at least 1 minute;

5. After passing the airtightness test, seal it with a clean polyethylene cap. The polyethylene cap should be organic before use.
