Integral ball valves and integral flange high-temperature ball valves (replacing gate valves, globe valves, and quick drain valves) are new products for upgrading steam valves. The sealing seat is made of high-strength carbon stone ink that is resistant to high temperature, wear, corrosion, strong rebound, and good lubrication. The service life is 3-5 times longer than that of general ball valves, and the operating temperature is 250-400 ℃. Suitable media include water vapor, oil, heat transfer oil, acids, etc. It is currently a promoted product in the project
