·The filter material is made of high-density paper made of ultra-fine glass fiber, with a maximum humidity of 100% RH (non condensing state). Primary efficiency plate filter
·The corrugated aluminum partition maintains equidistant spacing between each pleated paper, making it easy for airflow to pass through, ensuring effective utilization of the filter material and increasing strength.
·Aluminum partition with double folded edges prevents filter material damage and provides maximum safety. Reduce the possibility of being cut during installation
·The filter material is folded 180 degrees on both sides to form a wedge-shaped pleated layer. The wedge-shaped box shaped pleated layer can prevent damage to the filter material. If single indentation or rolling mark filter media pleats are used, the filter media is easily damaged by the sharp folds of the corrugated partition.
·The outer frame adopts high-density plywood frame, and can also be made of metal frame including steel plate, stainless steel, aluminum profile and other metal materials. Box type, single flange and double flange can be selected.
·The filter screen and filter material are sealed with a special sealing agent to ensure airtightness around the filter material.
·The standard partition filter can withstand temperatures up to 100 degrees Celsius, and other high-temperature resistant filters can also be customized according to customer requirements.
