High head magnetic single screw pumpDue to the use of rubber material with good elasticity for the stator, it requires a certain amount of interference fit to mesh with the rotor. The metering screw pump ensures reliable sealing. When the pump is working, the sealing line can effectively prevent gas from passing through, thus achieving the purpose of transporting gas; When the medium contains solid particles, if the solid particles are squeezed into the sealing line, due to the elastic effect of the rubber stator, the surface of the stator rubber is compressed, and the solid particles cross the sealing line. The stator rubber rebounds and returns to its original shape. In this way, a single screw pump can achieve the purpose of conveying media containing trace amounts of solid particles.
Use starter
1. Prepare necessary wrenches and tools.
2. Check that there is no lubricating oil in the machine base, bearings, and oil chamber.
3. Check if the sealing degree of the hollow shaft flesh and blood is appropriate, and the packing cover should not press the packing too tightly. It is allowed to drip out.
4. Rotate the coupling by hand or pipe pliers, paying attention to whether there are foreign objects colliding, making noise, or getting stuck inside the pump body. If there are any, they should be cleared before starting the pump.
5. Fill the pump chamber with the liquid and do not operate under friction to avoid locking the ball liner.
6. Fully open the gate valve of the liquid pipe.
7. Turn on the electric motor.
High head magnetic single screw pumpThe working principle is similar to that of a gear pump, except that screws replace gears in the structure. The table shows the characteristics and application scope of various screw pumps. The flow rate and pressure pulse of screw pumps are very small, with low noise and vibration, and self-priming ability, but screw processing is more difficult. There are two types of pumps: single suction and double suction, but single screw pumps only have single suction. The pump must be equipped with a safety valve (single screw pump does not need to be equipped) to prevent damage to the pump or prime mover due to reasons such as blockage of the discharge pipe causing the outlet pressure of the pump to exceed the allowable value.
